It is stamped on the back with the makers name & the letters HB .  It also has a series of numbers painted by hand .  I have no idea of the actual date only that I think it is quite old .   It is hand-painted in  blue on a white background &  is in lovely condition .  I will be pleased to answer any questions about this item .
