Description
Another fabulous ceramic vessel from my collection: This wonderful piece of Raku (smoke fired in a pit) was made by David Goldbaum, whose work is in many collections and galleries. I first saw his work at the prestigous American Craft Council and had gotten a number of pieces, in a short period of time. I feel that his work is reminiscent of Southwest Indian tribes and like that work it is hand polished with a spoon, that takes many hours. It stands about 7 1/2" high and is about 11 1/2" at its widest. The basic color is a creamy, white and the lip has a black ring around the top. His signature is on the bottom and dated 1987. This is a superb piece for the serious collector or someone who appreciates the beauty in the piece!!I ship priorty mail, usually in one business day and insurance is included in the handling charge. All items that I sell, can be returned for any reason, with the 7 day period. Thank you.
