It is described on p 272 of COYSH - vol 1. The plate is 10" in diameter and 7/8" high.  There are no cracks, staining,  or repairs.  But I am selling the plate  'AS IS' because  there are a couple of flaws on the foot of the plate.  As you can see in pictures  # 2 &3 there are 7 or 8 very small discolored  flakes or chips on the foot of the plate. Found in a shop in Fairfield  Maine several years ago. Place a Bid!
