TEA SET Decorated by the Pickard Decorating Co., this dazzling porcelain tea set is in the all over gold "Rose & Daisy" pattern.  The chintz-like design is slightly raised & covers most of the exterior surfaces.  All of the handles & interiors have a plain smooth finish.  The finials & handles on the servers have an early Art Deco style shape.  None of the pieces are marked as to manufacturer, but I suspect that it may have been Rosenthal.  The set includes the following pieces: Teapot - 9 3/4" wide including spout & handle x 5" high overall Sugar - 6 1/2" wide x 4" high overall Creamer - 5 1/2" wide x 3" high 4 Cups - 4 1/2" wide x 2" high 4 Saucers - 5 1/2" in diameter 4 Luncheon/Dessert Plates - 7 5/8" in diameter MARKS:  All pieces bear the black printed "Pickard Etched China" backstamp that was used from 1919 until 1922. CONDITION:  Set has been lightly used, but not terribly abused;  the gold finish has a few very small scratches & spots of wear (I believe most are shown below);  sugar lid has a fine hairline extending from a 5/8" flake on inner edge (cannot be seen when displayed).
