Carnaval de Quebec is raised lettering. There is some paint wear on back of hat, back of belt is brush stroke not wear, some on front. Overall in excellent clean condition with no damage and very slight crazing etc.  This piece is probally from 60's and has a foil sticker(approx. 1" round) light gold and black with pot in flames on the bottom of the base(some wear). Reads Beauceware, St. Joseph, BCE and Canada. It is fairly heavy. Payment is US funds by either Paypal or US International MO only(payment within 3 days by Paypal). Sorry no cheques.
