It is their Zephyrus pattern, or "North Wind" as it is more commonly called, with an embossed pattern of the North Wind blowing ships at sea. This bowl was part of a nested set of bowls that were glazed in pastel colors of yellow, white, pink and light blue. It is 8 1/4 inches in diameter and measures 4 1/4 inches in height. The base is impressed with the mold number "300."The condition of this bowl is extremely good, with no cracks or chips. There are some utensil marks inside, with slight darkening at the inside bottom of the bowl. The outside has about six tiny little divots where the clay did not completely fill the mold--very common with this type of pottery. Also, there are a couple of pin-prick sized glaze pops, the base has a shallow flake out of the clear glaze, and there are spider webbing lines on the outside bottom. These lines DO NOT go through to the inside, and cannot be caught with a nail.
