There is no mark on the base, but I have been advised by some of the experts on the discussion forum that it might be Brush McCoy. The matt purple-blue is unusual and rare. There are a couple of small chips on the base. There's also a couple very tiny "flea bites", as well as a small crack at the top which doesn't go all of the way through to the outside.
