The coat-of-arms includes a knight's head armor in silver & gold; the shield is silver with a maroon stripe and 3 owls.  There is a banner below with wording that appears to be Russian lettering.  See additional photo. The mark's date code (MM) reveals it was made in 1958.  The cup holds approximately 6 ounces (200 ml) and stands 2 1/2" high.  The saucer is 5 1/2" across and is 1 inch deep. MINT CONDITION!
