This is a cameo pattern Weller art pottery vase from the 1940s time period. It is 2 handled. Stands 6 5/8" tall, measures 3 7/8" across. No chips, cracks or repairs. Does have what appears to be a pencil line under the glaze at the handle at the left as I show you in my pictures. I guarantee this to not be a crack. It is from the factory this way.
