The Centennial was in 1925.  The plate features William Digby in the center, the founder of La Fayette.   Different historical scenes of La Fayette are featured on the plate including Gen William Henry Harrison from the battle of Tippecanoe and The Greatest Indian of his Time -Tecumseh.  The plate is @ 10 inches in diameter. No chips or cracks. On the back is the name of the chairman of the event Elizabeth Ann Reser and the Artist and Designer of the plate Edna Browning Ruby.  It was made by the Pope Gosser Company and dated 25 for 1925. It came from my husbands family and we have no room for it to be displayed in my current home It needs someone new to love it!
