Description
IMPORTANT NOTE, PLEASE READ: The shipping cost quoted on this listing is an ESTIMATE ONLY. PLEASE DON'T PAY until you receive my eBay invoice! I don't pack my sets until they're sold so I can't give you the exact postage cost until I see how many boxes it takes to ship the set safely, the weight of each box and where you live. I don't charge anything for packing, handling or materials! You will pay EXACTLY what the Post Office charges me. Welcome! I'm selling a 19-Piece Winterling, Bavarian Tea Set With a Cobalt Blue Decorated Pattern # WIG270 "Strawflower" Type Design.Condition: The Teapot, Creamer & Sugar Bowl are like new. The Cups & Saucers are lightly used and the 7 5/8" plates have substantial use (cut marks).Description: The base china/Ironstone is white and quite heavy. The design is in cobalt blue. My photos show the pieces very well, so no need for any further description. The cup, saucer and plate in the front have light reflections on them so they appear lighter colored than they actually are. The pot, creamer & Sugar are more accurately colored. The WIG 270 pattern number was assigned by a large matching service. I believe the pattern is similar to the traditional Strawflower patterns (but not the same)? Here is a list of the pieces included:One Teapot (8 3/8" tall)One Creamer (3 1/2" tall)One Covered Sugar Bowl (4 3/4" tall)Seven Cups (2 1/4" tall - very light use)Three 6" Saucers (lightly used)Six 7 5/8" Plates (substantially used with cut marks - These are included Free)Comments: I don't know how old the set is - a guess would be 1940's or before? What a great pattern for those country kitchens!IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Order with confidence, I offer a 7-day money back guarantee (I don't refund postage & insurance). For a complete list of my selling & return policies please click on the blue and red "ME" symbol which is located on the right side of each listing under "Meet The Seller" (just behind my user I.D. and feedback number). If you have any questions, please contact me under "ask Seller a question" which is in that same area.
