The colors are blue on off gray. The number "4" is on the back. There are 3 points on the back where the plate was once joined and then separated from the base material. There is possibly a hanging loop on the rim of the underside of the plate, the edges of which have been broken off (2nd photo). Stand is not included.Condition: The front of the plate is in very good condition, but has been professionally restored at the 2 o'clock position.
