A most beautiful DAINTY CONFECTION OF PINK, this is an antique hand painted Limoges Floral Art Chocolate Pot, Chocolatier or French Cocoa Pot, completely handpainted with 'VICTORIAN BABY TEA ROSES', circa 1900. This remarkable century old Art-Porcelain treasure was very skillfully hand painted about 100 years ago by a highly skilled late 19th Century American Victorian Period china painter, or Edwardian Era porcelain artist. This PERFECTLY PINK CHOCOLATE POT is decked with beguiling sprays of baby tea roses and 'shadow' blooms in silver gray and mauve. Feminine and cheerful, it features raised relief detailing and shading in delicate pink at top, bottom and handle. A necklace of raised relief beads and flowers gracefully adorns lid, spout and pot rim, with scrollwork and gold beading lending decorative elements to the handles on pot and lid.
