Beuatiful early large blue transfer pitcher or jug. I have not had time to look up the pattern or maker. Unmarked. This piece dates to the early 1840 s. Beautiful romantic pattern. The piece displays very well but is being sold as-is. There are 2 hairlines and a small "V" shaped chip that is lacking on the rim (last picture). No other chips, cracks, or repairs. The piece is nice and clean with little or no wear. The pitcher displays wonderfully. Beautiful shelf piece as-is or a great candidate for restoration. Measures just under 8" tall at 7 3/4" (to the top of the handle). BID WITH CONFIDENCE .
