Staffordshire Transferware. Beautiful early purple or mulberry (dark cranberry color) transfer plate. The American Historical view is called "The Residence of the late Richard Jordan, New Jersey". This was made by Joseph Heath and Co. (1828-1841). This plate dates to the early 1830s to Circa 1835. Marked with a printed pattern and makers initials also an impressed propeller mark. The condition is excellent. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Slight roughage on the foot. The plate is nice and clean with little or no wear. Excellent example. Measures about 8 3/4".
