They are #153 in Brown color, with a white interior color.  The ramekin baking cups measure 1 3/4 inches tall by 3 3/8 in diameter, and hold 4 ounces.. There are eleven that are marked H.F. Coors China, and five are marked Chefsware USA. H.F. Coors China Company, is the only full line producer of commercial china and accessory items on the West Coast. A ramekin cooks and serves food in a single-serving. These ramekins are made of ceramic, in a round shape. They are used to make Soufflés, mousses, custards, puddings, and casseroles in individual sizes. They are ideal for desserts to cook or bake in. Foods in small amounts, like dips, can also be served in these miniature decorative dishes. They are in good condition, they can use a good cleaning.
