ROYAL DOULTON CHINA This is a set of 14 beautiful, vintage white and gold service plates made by Royal Doulton and retailed by J. E. Caldwell & Co. of Philadelphia. The pattern numbers are HB7190 ES243, and the plates measure 10 1/4" in diameter. This pattern features an unusual, fanciful trim filled with raised gold in the shape of bubbles, scrolls in the edge's indentations, and an elegant rim design, also in raised gold.
