J & G Meakin began potting in Hanley C1851. This Butter Dish Measures Approx. - 6 3/8" Across Top of Open Bowl  x  4 1/2" Tall w/ Lid in Place, to Top of Finial. No Chips, No Cracks. There are 2 Very Tiny Flakes on the Lids Rim. There is Crazing & Some Light Staining in Areas, Which Can Be Seen in Pictures. The Staining Should Lift w/ Proper Soaking Procedure. There is a Short Indent on the Finial. When I View this Indent Under a Loop,  It Appears to Be Glazed, Therefore, Making This a Manufacturing Line.
